Waste Shredders :: Sieve

LINDNER Mobile Shredder extends its program with a semi-mobile biomass star screen SL 7500 type.

Significant advantages:

The screen is installed on a standardized hook lifting frame and is ready to be used in 2 minutes only! It is driven by a silent small sized emergency current set with only 8 KVA or, at choice, with supply directly from the network with connection of 400 V – 16 amperes.

Using a small hydraulic system, the screen board rapidly moves to the working position – 2 minutes – using this amazing lifting system. LINDNER URRACO 75 D can be placed ready for operation in front of the screen.

On a screen length of up to 7,500 mm, 2 or 3 fractions using 2,500 mm boards can be configured in a modular mode.

Using the individual screen boards and the separation distance, you may configure your own screen section. The screen plates are driven by a 4 kW electromotor. The frequency converter in the board panel can be used to adjust the screen axis speed with no interim stages. The screening amount is additionally influenced.

The discharge spout and the separating walls are under the screen, helping to make an accurate separation of the screen fractions. The 3500 mm discharge height allows a high storage capacity under the screen. From here, the final screened material can be taken over with no impediments using heavy wheeled loaders on the access fixed platform, which ensure the transportation.

The high efficiency and the accurate separation individualize the biomass LINDNER screen SL 7500, which together with the equipment URRACO 75 D create the MOST efficient and beneficial combination for biomass treatment.

The biomass screen LINDNER SL 7500 is ideally used for the following materials: biomass, vegetal matter, biological residue, roots, wooden debris, drift wood and so on

The screen boards can be used for screening units or screening equipments.
